We worked tirelessly on how we could bring a philosophy of overall wellness to our community.  We observed that so many experts focused on one or two particular areas of life and few actually provided a whole mind and body journey.

The key to the 7 pillars approach is that life really is all about balance. Let’s take an example by way of explaining what we mean.

If "super fit" is defined as a measure of how far you can run, then ultra marathon runners would be super fit.  They probably are super fit, but how do they feel?  How flexible are they?  How good is their diet and are they protecting themselves from disease?  How good is the quality of their relationships?  Do they give back to society in some way? How often do they feel a deep sense of joy and calm?  How are their finances?

You see - for us, quality of life is not just about being great at something.  It’s being good enough at everything to allow you to lead an extraordinary life with one eye in the now and another on constant and progressive improvements.  We don’t chase perfection; we “live" a deep sense of purpose, fulfilment and joy.
